台灣當前社會少子女化現象已然成形,嚴重衝擊著幼教市場,面對如此艱鉅的局面,卻無法阻止因金融風暴影響,失業率攀升而懷抱創業夢想的創業家得頭家夢,因此,掌握幼兒園創業管理的專門知識及技巧等,實為提高創業成功率之關鍵成功因素。本研究是以探索性之個案研究法進行訪談,藉以了解幼兒園創業家在創業過程中的致勝要素及自我之競爭優勢,並根據訪談內容,整理歸納以了解台灣幼托產業在創業成功的關鍵因素,本研究具有以下發現:一、幼教產業具備服務業特性,創業管理要素由創業者、教學團隊、核心資源所構成;其關鍵因素包括:「市場評估」、「決定創業」、「籌措資金」、「選擇園址」、「規劃營運計畫」及「正式營運」。二、幼教產業因外在環境、政策與幼兒學習需求而衍生創業契機。三、幼兒園創業準備期,創業者因個人特質主動爭取創業機會,並將個人投入轉為創業動機。四、幼兒園創業前期,創業團隊之組成模式與團隊特性影響組織發展。五、幼兒園創業發展期乃至成熟期,創業者對於資源的運用,環境設備、課程設計創新、人力專業發展、家長關係與服務策略等目標達成,藉以形塑組織的核心競爭優勢。
In current contemporary problems is encountering with no children, no enrollment. This harsh phenomenon hit the management of kindergarten in Taiwan. But many citizens still interested in entrepreneur in early childhood education, eventhough the impact of global financial crisis to prevent failure rate, professional knowledge and marketing strategies are essential in order to operate business successful. Based on the explorative interviews with the entrepreneurs to find out the key factors of being successful and self-competitive advantage in early childhood education, this research provides profound insight into what are the key factors to set up successfully in the early childhood education Industry in Taiwan. 1. The early childhood education industry is a kind of service features. The entrepreneurial management factors are composed of entrepreneurs, education team and core resources and the key factors include market evaluation, decision making, fund raising, location selection, operation planning and commercial operations. 2. The entrepreneurial opportunity in early childhood education industry come out, due to external environment, policy and the learning demand of early child. 3. In preparation period for entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurs take the initiative to strive for opportunities because of their personal character and turn their interests into entrepreneurial motivation. 4. In the early stage of preparing a business. The development of the organization is influenced by the model of formation and the trait of entrepreneur team. 5. The stage from development to stable for Kindergarten entrepreneurship event, The core competitive advantages of organization are formed due to the accomplishment of strategic target by the use of entrepreneurs' application of resources, environmental equipment, innovation of course design, the development of professional human resourses, the relationship and service with parent.
