從後現代地理學探討宅文化的日式漫畫景觀

Discussion on Japanese Comics Landscape of Otaka by Postmodern Geography

摘要


自後現代地理學興起的那天,圖像已不再被視為地理事物的真實投影,而是逐漸擴展到社會群體以塑造空間秩序和景觀。因此,後現代的文化與視覺轉向範圍尺度逐漸朝向大眾文化的景觀研究。日本有著自己豐富多彩的「宅文化」歷史,身為大眾文化主流的漫畫,以宅文化視覺為主的文化景觀已然成為具有豐富的文化屬性和空間意義。本研究以「後現代人文地理學」有關「文化景觀」與「文化轉向」之中外相關文獻作為理論,藉由質性分析,透過文本、觀察、歸納等方法,選擇以日本當代較為暢銷的主流連環漫畫作為文本分析與詮釋,輔以研究者多年來個人創作與各種動漫產業活動經驗之觀察為輔助,進行探討後結果的解釋分析,以獲得質化資料結果。歸納的方式,以地理學文化景觀的形式與內容為依據,將漫畫的景觀現象與其形成的視覺景觀分類方式及形態類型,以空間尺度、場所環境、景觀形態、文化屬性、存在形式,作為研究架構。最後,歸納出漫畫這種宅文化景觀呈現的是「拜物教」的消費主義,也是當代的景觀社會縮影,其背後的經濟行為與模式是標準的文化工業模型,期望以此提供未來有關其文化空間生產與消費文化之立論基礎。

Since the rise of postmodern geography, images are no longer regarded as the true projection of geographical objects but have gradually extended to social groups to shape the spatial order and landscape, and to shape the landscape of the world, including the world around us. Thus, the scope of postmodern culture and visual change is gradually moving away from the landscape research of popular culture research. Japan has its own rich and colorful history of Otaka. As mainstream popular culture has changed, the caricature has focused on Otaka's cultural landscape and has become rich in cultural attributes and spatial significance. Based on the theories of the "cultural landscape" and "cultural turn" in "postmodern human geography", this study, through qualitative analysis, through text, observation, induction, and other methods, chooses the popular comic strip in contemporary Japan as the subject of analysis and interpretation, supplemented by the observation of the researcher's creation and various animation industry activities for many years To assist, the interpretation and analysis of the results was carried out to obtain qualitative data resulting from the creation and interpretation of the comic strip. In the case of induction, based on the form and content of a geographical cultural landscape, the landscape phenomenon of manga and its visual landscape classification and form types are classified, and the spatial scale, site environment, landscape form, cultural attribute, and existing form are treated as part of the research framework. The manga concludes with a description of consumerism and "fetishism" which is the epitome of contemporary landscape society. The economic behavior and mode behind it is a standard model of cultural industrialization, which is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the production and consumption of cultural space in the future.
