探討各肢段生物阻抗向量分析於台灣優秀運動員之肌肉品質評估應用之先期研究

Preliminary study on the application of bioelectrical impedance vector analysis in hydration status evaluation of Taiwan elite athletes

摘要


目的:本研究目的將生物阻抗參數-電阻(Resistance, R)、電抗(Reactance, Xc),應用變數-身高(height, HT)使其標準化,並以站立式生物阻抗向量分析(Bioelectrical Impedance Vector Analysis, BIVA)於針對台灣地區優秀運動員之肌肉功能的關聯性進行評估,探討BIVA應用於運動員肌肉功能之生物指標的可行性研究。方法:在本研究中招募運動員受測者男女性各為100名,應用站立式多頻生物阻抗分析儀InBody770(Biospace公司,首爾,韓國),測量受測者的各肢段細胞內外液與對應的50KHz的電阻、電抗、阻抗。並以電子握力器進行左、右手的握力測量、左、右下肢之等速肌力。握力、肌力強度分成不同等級,分析各個變數於不同等級再BIVA中的顯著性。結果與結論:以BIVA來分析不同握力、肌力狀況進行比較,可以得到95%概率信賴橢圓圖形上不同分組於R-Xc圖上的顯著差異與否,用以判斷BIVA用於標定握力、肌力強度的關係。應用BIVA應該除了可以快速、便利的分析不同握力、肌力群組的差異外,對於肌力、握力狀況的差異亦可能得到類似的結果,對於不同肢段的肌肉品質的測量工具與研究,提供一個可監測的便利有效方法。
