摘要

中西醫學的結合，必須母源於中醫。藉助中西醫學兩大臨床思路的結合而發展、或互補、或匯合的新醫學。但由於對中醫認識不夠深入，或者以西醫的觀點，或者急迫想為中醫尋找出路，以致在有意無意間踏入“誤區”。本論之“正本清源”是對中西醫結合，提出一個關於中西醫的正確認識與說法，只有了解正確的信息，才會往正確的道路走。再者，本文明確指出，誤區將給中醫很大的打擊，要結合，就要尋找交集，在交集中藉由臨床路徑尋找切入點，只有經過“模糊交集”，再不斷繁複的評比與對照，才會形成“明確交集”。

The integration of Sino-western medicine should be originated upon the system of Chinese medicine. This is the neo medicine based upon the combination of clinical thoughts of Chinese and Western medical system via development, complimentarily or confluence. However, due to lack of understanding in Chinese medicine or adopt viewpoints of western medicine to find a future outlet of Chinese medicine in too imperatively attitude, clinical doctors are apt to fall into the misunderstanding area inadvertently. Our article clarifies that correct understanding and explanation of Sino-western medical combination would be the right way, and only when correct messages are understood, than we shall march on the right way of Sino-western medical combination. Furthermore, our article points out that misunderstanding area of Sino-western medical combination would crack down academic system of Chinese medicine. If we want to promote Sino-western medical integration, we should find the overlapping area as the cut point of clinical pathway of Sino-western medical integration. After ”obscure intersection” is found and repeated comparison and assessment are done, than we can find the ”distinct intersection” academically.
