摘要

學科的研究方式，受本體論、知識論的影響。本文試圖透過中醫本體論、知識論的特質，檢討中醫的研究法。中醫強調天人合一，重視思維建構的知識，與西方的實證科學觀不同。基於這種特質，中醫研究應意識到西方科學主張的實證論有自身的盲點，不能過度依賴；中醫研究法應運用多種方法，中醫研究的呈現應是多元的；中醫知識強調思維的建構，所以應重視推理的演繹方式；中醫應強化否證的態度，以發現例外知識；中醫應強調辯證詮釋法，使中醫結構嚴密化；基於個體性的突顯，中醫應強調個案研究與質性研究；中醫研究應強化科際整合，使得學科系統內的各單元都被關照。

The method of the research dominated by the ontology, epistemology and methodology of the subject. This essay try to find out the ontology, epistemology and methodology of TCM, make a self-criticism of the method of TCM research.TCM stress theory that man is an integral part of nature, pay attention to the knowledge constructed by the thinking process, different with the idea of positivism. The research of TCM need aware of the blind spot of positivism, TCM couldn't rely on positivism too over. The research of TCM need apply any kind of method, the style of TCM research is multivariate. The knowledge of TCM should emphasis the construct by human's thinking or idea, as a result, TCM should emphasis on the method of deduction. In order to find out the exception and new knowledge, TCM should intensify on the falsification. In order to guarantee the TCM structure well-knit, dialectical textualism need to be used. Because of present of individual feature, TCM should emphasis case studies and qualitative research. In order to keep an eye on every unit of the discipline, when study TCM should emphasis interdisciplinary.
