摘要

更年期症候群為女性於停經前後一系列症狀之集合，由於症狀的多樣性及病程的多變性，使醫者在處方用藥上往往有所侷限，本文挑選從內經時期至清朝之著名醫家或著名方劑，除了探討更年期在中醫的病因病機之外，也期望以化繁為簡的敘述方式，讓現代醫家在更年期的臨床治療上能更得心應手。

In the traditional classic literature of Chinese medicine, there is no specific definition of menopause. Due to complicated symptoms of psychological, physical, urogenital, vasomotor domains, we summarize several authoritative literature of the ancient traditional Chinese medicine doctors about menopause related syndrome, and hope which can simplify the diagnosis of present traditional Chinese medicine doctors.
