舞蹈身體與美術館場域的互文分析-以《日常編舞》與《透明》為例

The Intertextual Analysis of Dance Body in Museum Filed: Case Studies of You Choreograph and Transparency

摘要


表演在美術館近年來已是全球藝壇熱衷探討的趨勢,其中更以舞蹈介入美術館最為顯著。臺北市立美術館分別在2015年策劃「愛麗絲的兔子洞:真實生活可理解與不可被理解的交纏」,以及2017年的「社交場」,皆是美術館場域中連結「展覽」與「表演」共生的策劃。在此檔大型展覽中,謝杰樺與董怡芬的《日常編舞》與孫尚綺的《透明》以舞蹈作品表現身體、空間與他者間的交互關係與文化意義。本文援引Maurice Merleau-Ponty的身體現象學,圍繞著身體、空間、時間與互為主體性等關鍵概念來分析《日常編舞》與《透明》在美術館場域的身體與文化意涵。本研究首先談及舞蹈身體本身寓有的空間性,藉以帶出「情境」的概念;再者,進一步將「情境」視為是由舞者/表演者與觀者/參與者共同營造出的模糊空間,依此分析《日常編舞》與《透明》如何透過情境觸發觀者的感官知覺;最後,以「情境」繫起「間距」的概念,闡述「舞蹈-身體」中舞者或觀者互為主體的景況,從自我與舞蹈間的差異尋找文化意義。本文透過《日常編舞》與《透明》作為舞蹈身體在美術館的藝術文本案例,彰顯身體與空間上互為主體的意涵。

Performance in art museums has become an obvious trend globally in recent years, among which "dance in the museum" represents the most significant phenomenon. The Taipei Fine Arts Museum consecutively curated "Alice's Rabbit Hole: The Intertwining of Everyday Life Comprehensible and Incomprehensible" in 2015, and "Arena" in 2017, both of which signify the coexistence of exhibition and performance. Within these two large-scale exhibitions, both Chieh-Hua HSIEH and I-Fen TUNG's You Choreograph and Shang-Chi SUN's Transparency discuss the interrelationship and cultural significance between body, space and the Others. To the extend, this research aims to analyze the body and cultural meanings of You Choreograph and Transparency in exhibition site of museum by applying Merleau-Pontian Phenomenological concepts of body, spatiality, temporality and intersubjectivity. The research begins with discussing the spatiality that dance body inhabited in order to reveal the concept of "situation." Furthermore, the "situation" is considered as an ambiguous space created by the dancer/ performer and the audience/participant, and analyze how You Choreograph and Transparency motivate the audience's perception. The "situation" is finally connected with the concept of "écart" to illustrate intersubjective condition between the dancer and the audience in "dance-body," and discover the cultural meaning in differentiations between self and dance. To sum up, by taking You Choreograph and Transparency as representative performance art in the museum, the result of this research demonstrates that the significance of intersubjectivity is embodied in the interweaving relationship between body and space.
