Reading ability was the foundation of learning ability, also a goal which was continuously being pursued in education field. In the process of concept-oriented reading instruction, we used different reading comprehension strategies to help students explore and develop reading skills. Therefore, this study focused on the meaning of reading and the meaning of the concept-oriented reading instruction. Also design the curriculum according to the teaching steps of the concept-oriented reading instruction, practically apply in the classroom in order to develop students' learning ability. After educational activities, review all the process with students to see whether they encounter difficulties during the curriculum and take it as reference of future improvement.
