摘要

本文考虑了在辅助信息可利用的情况下估计有限总体总值的问题。文章回顾了Horvitz-Thompson估计量和广义回归估计量，并指出当辅助变量与研究变量不满足经典线性回归模型假设时，可建立非参数回归模型，运用局部多项式回归估计的方法进行估计。最后，引入了一个实际例子，并对估计结果进行了比较。

In this article, we consider the estimation of finite population totals in the presence of auxiliary information. Generally, Horvitz-Thompson estimator and generalized regression estimator are used. When the assumptions on the linear regression models between auxiliary variable and study variable are not satisfied, we consider nonparametric regression model and estimate the population total using local polynomial regression estimation method. At last, a practical example is considered and different estimation results of different estimation methods are compared.
