摘要

企業為了提昇競爭力紛紛推動知識社群，然而，目前仍沒有研究針對知識社群的使用行為進行資料分析。本研究參考與利用在財務市場所使用的流動性概念來衡量其知識市場，本研究希望能提出衡量知識社群的指標，並利用這些指標對知識社群進行資料分析。本研究根據流動性指標提出初步衡量指標，並利用德爾菲法透過專家學者修正衡量指標，並以輔仁大學資管系的三個內部知識社群進行可行性驗證。就實務觀點而言，本研究提出的衡量指標可以提供企業一個對知識社群的一項客觀衡量指標，應用流動性衡量指標來分析知識社群內知識的流動狀況。此外，希望藉此研究能將流動性指標應用在知識社群，在學術領域裡開拓一新的研究方向。

To promote competitive advantages, companies are now promoting knowledge communities. However, there is no study conduct data analysis on knowledge community usage. Based on the liquidity concept applied in financial markets, this study will create measures for knowledge community and conduct data analysis on knowledge community.This study proposes initial measures bases on the literature. Practitioners and academic experts revise the measures through the Delphi method. This study also applied these measures on three knowledge community hosted by the department of Information Management, Fu-Jen Catholic University. From the practical perspective, this study provides a set of measures to understand the current status of knowledge communities. In addition, this study also provides a new research direction for the field of knowledge management.
