資訊科技產業的供應商評選量表之建構

Constructing Supplier Selection Criteria and Measurement for Information Technology Industry

摘要


近年來,時代快速變遷,當前的全球競爭日趨白熱化,組織不斷面臨越來越嚴苛的轉型壓力。以目前的環境而言,製造商與供應商之間的關係若為競爭狀態,其結果將是兩敗俱傷,沒有人是贏家;但若彼此間是合作夥伴關係,不但可使雙方各得其利,且能協助彼此創造更大的利潤,而關鍵的成功因素就在於正確的供應商評選。本研究主要目的在蒐集國內外重要之供應商因素評估準則,透過探索性因素分析(Exploratory Factor Analysis,EFA)建構供應商評選之有效量表,並應用在資訊科技產業上。其次,透過LISREL的結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling,SEM)建構供應商評選的潛在變項之最佳模型,並驗證量表之有用性。經由研究結果發現,隨著年代不同,資訊科技產業對於供應商評選重視之因素也截然不同,使本研究所提出探討重要因素43項縮減到29項,並發現資訊科技產業中評選供應商,針對組織交貨能力的重視程度較最高,而組織財務能力的重視程度較低。

As global competition becomes more intense, organizations are facing greater pressure to transform their ways of doing business. To date, most organizations are stilling believing that the relationship between them and suppliers can only be competitors. However, this mindset can lead to no winner in the market. On the contrary, if both parties are willing to cooperate, they can enlarge the value created and both gain more from it. The first step to build a successful relationship between partners is supplier selection.Accordingly, the first goal of this research is to study domestic and foreign evaluation criteria on supplier selections. Next, by performing the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), a supplier evaluation system for information technology industry is established. Finally, this study applies the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to establish a theoretical model for supplier selections, and the effectiveness of the supplier evaluation system is also verified.The study finds that the criteria for supplier selections have been changed constantly. The original 43 criteria proposed by other research are reduced to 29 criteria. The research also reveals that the capability of delivery is viewed as the most important criteria, while the ability of arranging finance is viewed as the least important factor when performing supplier selection.
