本研究以廚具產業為例,應用分析層級程序法AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)架構建立供應商評選決策模型,經由供應鏈管理及供應商評選之相關文獻進行蒐集與探討,以Dickson(1996)提出之23項供應商評估要素為基礎,加上近十年之供應商評選文獻探討,並進一步透過專家問卷及指導教授之意見整合,提出本研究之供應商評選架構。最後以分析層級程序法之問卷,針對6個準則、22個因素,由廚具產業從業人員進行問卷分析,依傳統廚具產業鏈、歐化廚具產業鏈、綜合廚具產業鏈分別計算出各評選要素之權重進行分析。本研究發現在三種廚具產業鏈中,「品質」皆為最重要之評選因素,「長期發展」因素則相對最不重要,同時依據專家問卷及AHP問卷之結果,在研究的最後,提出適用於台灣廚具各產業鏈之供應商評選檢核表以供參考。
In this article, we apply Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach to build the evaluating supplier selection decision model, and we take kitchenware industry for example. By collecting and discussing the references of supply chain management and supplier selection, we propose a supplier selection decision model based on 23 supplier evaluating factors which is proposed by Dickson (1996). Furthermore, the decision model aggregate the suggestion from advisor, expert investigation method, and recent decade reference of supplier evaluating index. Finally, using the questionnaire of AHP, we choose 6 principles and 22 factors to conduct a questionnaire analysis for people who are working in kitchenware industry. According to traditional kitchenware chain, europeanization of kitchenware chain, and composite kitchenware chain, we calculate each weight of evaluating factors to conduct analysis. In this research, we figure out that in all three kitchenware industrial chain, “quality” are the most important seleting criteria. In opposite, “long-tern development” is the less important criteria. Finally, according to both expert and AHP questionnaires, we propose supplier selecting checklists for each kitchenware industrial chain in Taiwan for reverense.
