OK地區文化產業發展民眾評估指標之建構

On the Establishment of the Customers' Evaluation Index of Local Cultural Industry

摘要


為因應台灣產業的外移及轉型,近年來政府及民間皆已積極著手規劃及推展各地區之文化創意產業,如何能了解消費者對地區文化產業發展之感受及看法,實為一重要課題。本研究旨在建構並驗證「地區文化產業發展民眾評估指標」。首先運用文獻彚整及專家意見等質化研究方法,歸納出「地區文化產業發展民眾評估指標」之初始架構。接著運用探索性因素分析重新建構指標架構,並再以驗證性因素分析進行指標架構之驗證,最後將針對此指標架構進行信度及效度之探討。在指標架構驗證完成後,本研究將此指標架構進行實證應用驗證,並進一步比較宜蘭白米社區、宜蘭童玩節及鶯歌陶瓷三地地區文化產業發展之現況。

When the development of industries goes to the top, each country in the world gradually turned into developing the type of knowledge-based economy which was based on ”Originality”. In recent years, Taiwan government pays lots of attentions to plan and promote the cultural and creative industries. When planning and promote the cultural and creative industries, evaluating the development of cultural and creative industries from customers seems to be a very important research subject. The aim of this research is to establish and evidence the evaluation index of local cultural and creative industry's strength of customers. By using quantity and quality research methods, the initial index was founded by reference and expert. Then the Exploratory Factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed to rebuild and evidence this new structure. The evaluations of reliability analysis, validity analysis and the ability of discriminating would be also done. And a comparison among Yi-Lan-Rice Community, Yi-Lan-International Children's Folklore and Folk game Festival, and Yin-gge Ceramics Community was also done.
