區域技術創新效能的空間計量研究－基於山東省17地市的資料分析

摘要

本文利用空間統計的Moran指數和空間計量經濟學的空間滯後模型和空間誤差模型，對山東省17地市的區域技術創新投入與產出進行空間計量經濟分析。結果發現：企業R&D投入及人力資源投入對區域技術創新能力作用明顯；有些地區的區域技術創新能力在空間上存在著明顯的集聚現象，而另外一些地區的技術創新能力卻並沒有與周邊地區的技術創新能力呈現明顯的相關性，即呈現一定的空間隨機性。

Using the space Moran index and the econometric model of spatial lag model and the spatial error model, we make a space econometric analysis about technical innovation inputs and outputs in the year of 2006 among the 17 cities of Shandong Province. The results showed that: Enterprise R & D investment and human resources investment play an obvious role in the regional technological innovation capability; There is a clear concentration phenomenon of technical innovation capability in some areas ,but the technological innovation capability in other areas has not obvious reverent to the surrounding areas ,that is, there is no certain space randomness.
