江苏省小康社会综合评价的实证分析

在小康社会综合评价模型的研究中，大部分集中在综合评价指标的选择问题，而对综合评价的方法研究的不多。本文对这方面作了一些探讨。本文利用因子分析法建立了一个小康社会综合评价模型，该模型主要是应用因子分析法对模型中的各个指标进行处理，选择公共因子后计算总得分并排名。利用此模型对江苏省13个城市2007年的小康社会的情况进行了实证分析，其评价结果与其它方法（综合评分法和物元理论模型）的评价结果基本上一致。通过这个模型评价，一方面可以与其它方法的评价结果相互印证，另一方面，也可以作为各个城市是否达到小康社会的评判依据。

In comprehensive evaluation of a moderately prosperous society model's research, the majority concentrates in choice of evaluation target of a moderately prosperous society, but overlooked the study of comprehensive evaluation's method. This article has made some discussions to this aspect. This article used the factor analytic method to establish an evaluation model of a moderately prosperous society, this model was mainly the application factor analytic method carries on processing to model each target, after the choice public factor, calculated always scores points and ranking. Using this mode has carried on the empirical analysis to comprehensive evaluation of a moderately prosperous society to 13 cities in Jiangsu Province in 2007, its measure results with other methods (the comprehensive score method and matter-element theoretical model) the measure results are basically consistent. Through this model evaluation, on the one hand may verify mutually with other method measure results, on the other hand, may also take each city whether to achieve a moderately prosperous society.
