摘要

基本医疗保险是社会保障体系的重要组成部分。厦门市在医疗保障方面与福建省其他城市相比已具有较高水平，但仍存在很多不足，需要进一步完善。本文先对厦门市医疗保险情况进行简单的介绍，继而利用因子分析和决策树分析深入分析医疗保险的需求人群，并对比城乡居民医疗保险情况的差异，结果发现：商业医疗保险的参保比例较低、医疗保险对重大疾病保障不充分、城镇居民对医疗保险的满意程度比农村居民稍高等结论。据此本文在加强商业医疗保险力度、设置特殊种类保险以及城乡一体化方面提出了有针对性的建议。

The basic medical insurance is an important part of social security system. Although Xiamen has done a greater job in medical security than the other cities in Fujian Province, it still needs measures taken to improve the system. This paper starts with a brief introduction of medical insurance in Xiamen, then deeper analyzes the demanding group of people by methods of factor analysis and decision tree analysis, and ultimately compares the medical system of city and countryside. The results show that there is much less proportion of insurants in commercial medical insurance than the basic, current medical insurance doesn't sufficiently cover the cost of major disease, and urban residents have higher satisfaction in medical insurance than rural households. Regarding these findings, the paper brings up suggestions concerning strengthening the commercial medical insurance, establishing insurance programs for special circumstances, and setting up city-country integrate system of medical insurance.
