兩岸保險電子商務制度對人壽保險發展影響研究

隨著資訊技術和計算機計技術的蓬勃發展及廣泛普及，帶著無限商機的數位金融日趨茁壯發展，一種新的保險經營方式- -互聯網保險應運而生。保險公司延續傳統的發展思路，已不能幫助保險公司提昇自身的市場競爭力，只有加強業務和技術上的創新觀念，充分利用電子化、數位化手段，實現保險電子商務，才能跟得上全球保險巿場發展的方向及腳步。本專題主要是研究兩岸電子商務制度對台灣及大陸巿場發展趨勢的影響，大陸保險業之發展相較台灣發展是比較慢的，但就保險電子商務的發展，無論是應用及技術上都不及大陸保險巿場，大陸保監會祭網路保險，管制措施為先發展再監管，與台灣重資訊安全風險管理為優先的立場不同，所以在保險電子商務的發展上，呈現完全不同的發展。本研究內容包括包含政府政策監理、科技技術與市場發展三面向進行分析，在此基礎上，整理相關歷史文獻及專文報導，透過業界實例，瞭解二岸保險公司實際經營電子商務狀況，最後歸納結論並提出建議，為未來保險電子商務平臺的建設提供參考。研究分四大部分逐步探討，首先為目前電子商務的主要課題包括數位金融、監理沙河、區塊鏈、二岸保險制度之介紹；其次為全球電子商務現況、大陸保險電子商務發展現況、台灣保險電子商務發展現況；再來就大陸及台灣實例進行研究，最後針對台灣保險電子商發巿場現況需求與問題做出結論與建議。本次研究研究方法包括: 文獻分析法、歷史研究法、比較法。
