臺灣產業創新系統機制之實證研究

Empirical Study on Innovation System of Taiwan Industrial

摘要


產業要推動創新活動,涵蓋企業內外許多活動及決策的組成,如創新知識的來源、企業內外可獲得的資源、創新合作機制、創新的阻礙、企業內員工的訓練、企業組織的配合與行銷策略等,這些活動彼此間存在著一種互動關係。過去有關創新活動間關聯性的研究多為片面性的,或過於重視創新績效面的探討,往往忽略創新背後的互動因素,而無法整體瞭解與描述創新活動間的互動關係及影響的方向路徑。本研究資料來源為臺灣地區產業創新活動調查,以結構方程模型驗證產業創新程度與相關因素之間的互動關聯性,建立產品、製程、組織及行銷等四種產業創新系統模型之實證研究。研究發現「創新訊息來源」與「企業組織規模」對於四種創新的影響效應極大;「過去創新阻礙經驗」對製程創新具有相當程度的影響性。另方面,對產品、製程及行銷的創新而言,創新程度最主要表現在「改善產品品質」上;而對組織創新而言,則是表現在「改善生產時間」上。

Innovation activities were combinations of lots of activities and decisions inside and outside the enterprise, such as source of innovation knowledge, available resource, collaboration system, employee training, marketing information, experiences of innovation, etc. There was a kind of interactive relationship among these activities. The most researches about this relationship were too simple and incomplete to descript the whole picture and the directions between factors and activities.This empirical study tried to use statistical analysis of structure equation model to establish 4 sorts of innovation linkages and innovation system, including product innovation, process innovation, organizational innovation, and marketing innovation. Data resource was Taiwan Innovation Survey. The findings of this study included ”information source” and ”enterprise size” had significant effects on 4 kinds of innovation, and ”experiences of abandoned innovation” was the important factor to process innovation. In addition, the main performances of product, process and marketing innovation were ”improving product quality”. However, ”reduce production time” was the main performance of organizational innovation.
