城市人口成長之變化-以新北市各行政區觀察

Changes of Urban Population Growth - Observed by Administrative Regions in Xinbei City

摘要


人類因聚集形成部落,而有共同文化的部落再群聚則形成城市,並帶動經濟的發展,再度吸引人潮進駐,此為城市蛻變的過程。然而,城市蛻變的過程中有些問題卻是無法避免的,隨著交通路網的發展軌跡,有些新興城市崛起造成都市擁擠,而有些都市卻因人口嚴重斷層走向沒落。因此,本文從人口的成長、住宅的使用情形及人口結構3 項觀點對新北市各行政區進行分析,藉由數據呈現各行政區之人口現況。

The formation of tribes because of the accumulation of human beings, and the common culture of the tribes and then gathered the formation of the city, and promote economic development, once again attract crowded, this is the process of urban transformation.
