癌症負擔研究

為瞭解國內癌症負擔及需求，本研究分別以文獻探討、健保資料庫分析及抽樣調查來深入探討醫藥支付方、患者、照護人員挖掘尚未被滿足的醫療需求，了解目前國內癌症護理和治療的資源之合理性及充分性。在420位受訪者中，有51.4%的受訪者對治療此疾病曾有經濟方面的問題。每個月平均需自費13,920元醫療及照護費用(含照護、止吐針等費用)，有將近六成的病患認為應增加全民健保所提供的癌症醫療給付，有三成的病患認為應把免疫療法列入給付項目。病患在台灣由罹癌到失能至死亡，中間一段失能時間太長，都是導致家屬政府經濟負擔的原因。應縮短施能時間，減少家庭與國家負擔。癌症治療的存活率進步不可能不需要經費，這一部份需要進步也需要經費投入治療端與研發端。

The population structure of Taiwan is aging gradually, the death rate of cancer is increasing every year, the cancer medical expense continues to rise, and the quality of life of the patients and the family also causes huge social burden. Therefore, we use the citation analysis and sample survey to compare the direct medical costs and indirect medical expenses of cancer care in Taiwan and international. Includes comparative social burden differences and survival rates for lung cancer, hepatoma, head and neck cancer, malignant melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, gastric cancer, and bladder cancer by disability adjusted life years(DALYs). The survival rate of cancer, gastric cancer, bladder cancer and other cancers is compared to understand the current situation in Taiwan such as cancer survival rate, cancer care and treatment cost burden, medical care needs, and registration time of new medicines, etc., to provide relevant cancers. Of the 420 respondents, 51.4% had economic problems with the treatment of this disease. On average, there is a monthly fee of 13,920 yuan for medical treatment and care (including care and anti-sputum needles). Nearly 60% of the patients think that they should increase the amount of cancer medical care provided by the National Health Insurance, and 30% of the patients think that they should Immunotherapy is included in the payment program. To sum up, the health policy of our country should focus on how to reduce the social burden, how to improve the cure rate of cancer, and establish a perfect medical cost subsidy mechanism and new drug research.
