福建省戰略性新興產業發展品質指標體系的構建及比較評價

為應對當代科學技術對經濟和產業發展的空前戰略性、顛覆性影響，國家十四五規劃對2025年戰略性新興產業發展提出了綱領性指標，說明瞭產業推進著力點；福建省也在區域十四五規劃中明確了省戰略性新興產業至2025年需要完成的目標。在複雜多變的時局中，福建省面臨著前所未有的機遇與挑戰－如何更好地發揮自身優勢、打造獨具特色的戰略性新興產業格局、並成為國內同業發展的經濟範本，這不僅是區域產業治理要重視的問題，也是福建各企業業務發展的需求所在。為此本研究提出以福建省戰略性新興產業發展品質為研究物件的指標體系與實證分析比較模型，希望對提升福建省產業競爭力和戰略性新興企業發展品質發揮應用價值。

In order to cope with the unprecedented strategic and subversive impact of contemporary science and technology on economic and industrial development, the 14th Five-Year Plan of China has put forward programmatic indicators for the development of strategic emerging industries in 2025, indicating the focus of industrial promotion. In the regional 14th Five-year Plan, Fujian province also made clear the goals of strategic emerging industries to be completed by 2025. Facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, Fujian province, in the complex and changeable situation, how to better play to its own advantages, to create unique strategic emerging industries, and become the domestic trade development pattern of economy template, this is not only the problem a regional industry governance should attach importance to, but also the needs of various enterprises business development in Fujian province. Therefore, this study puts forward a pointer system and empirical analysis comparison model based on the development quality of strategic emerging industries in Fujian Province, hoping to play an application value in improving the industrial competitiveness and the development quality of strategic emerging enterprises in Fujian Province.
