This paper based on equity theory, investigates the impact relationship between organization equity and organization citizenship behavior, and demographics are control variable. This analysis is based on questionnaires which are collected from China employees of Taiwan listed and OTC companies and made a 98% response rate. The method of analysis includes descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hypotheses tests. The results of analysis showed the organization equity can positive significance affects organization citizenship behavior, and organization citizenship behavior can part positive significance affects organization equity too, but organization equity positive affects effective better then organization citizenship behavior.
