摘要

台灣俗諺，充滿了人生的智慧，它言簡意胲、言近旨遠，正確而深刻地反映了不同歷史階段或地區、族群的生活面貌，傳達了生活的經驗和智慧。換句話說，有些生活習慣、民間習俗即使已經從現實生活中消失了，而與它們有關的俗諺，則猶流傳在社會人士之中。因此，如果從歷史的角度去看待這些俗諺，它們是具有很高的史料價值，甚至是一種活化石。台灣漢人文化大多傳承自中國大陸閩南地區，相關的俗諺十分豐富，其來源很多，有些是從古籍上的格言轉變而來，有些是移民們由大陸原鄉輸入，經過三百多年的歷史演變，以及與外來文化的接觸，已有許多變遷，部份能適應台灣實際生活的需要而遺留下來，有的則新創。現代的婚姻制度建基於戀愛、責任與道德。在這三項條件上，若有任何一項的變奏，也可導致婚姻關係或整個婚姻制度遭受嚴峻的考驗與衝擊。婚外情的現象，其實在古今中外，存在已久。但不同人士、不同年代對婚外情都有不同的名稱、定義、標準與理解，例如婚外性行為、婚外戀情、背叛行為、外遇行為、通姦、不忠貞行為等。一般人對婚外情的定義是指夫婦之間出現另一位男性或性，無論是有愛有性、有愛無性甚至是有性無愛，只要是這種婚外關係，足影響夫婦二人的情緒及婚姻關係的穩固性，便可界定為婚外情。本文略分為淫與色的可怕、不貪淫人妻、淫婦與姘夫、嫖妓與娼妓、亂倫與同性戀等五項，申論之。綜合看來，似乎台灣早期社會中，無論已婚、未婚，男女之間淫亂的情形不少，其中尤以已婚婦女的外遇問題，更為人所詬病。然而，這應還原於那個時代的生活背景，才能有所了解。蓋因台灣早期移民，由於特殊的時空環境，導致男女兩性的比例，產生極大的不平衡，也因為男多女寡，使得婚姻論財的風氣，大為盛行，貧苦的大眾，因供需失調而婚媾不易，使得到處娼館林立，民風敗壞。

Taiwanese proverbs, full of wisdom, correctly reflect different historical stages or regions, ethnic aspects of life, to convey the life experience and wisdom. In other words, some habits, folk customs, even though they have disappeared from real life, proverb associated with them, are still being circulated in the community. Therefore, if viewed from a historical perspective to these proverbs, they have a high historical value, or be treated like a living fossil.Taiwan ”Han” Chinese culture is mostly inherited from the southern region of the mainland of China (ie. Fu-ken Province, known as Min-Nan region), the proverb is very rich and its many sources, some from ancient motto change from some of the immigrants are from the mainland hometown input, after three hundred years of history evolution, as well as contact with foreign culture, there are many changes, most able to adapt to the needs of real life and some are new innovations.The modern institution of marriage is based on love, responsibility and ethics. If anyone heads to the wrong direction, it could lead to severe impact to the relationship.Extramarital affairs, at all times, have been in existence for a long time. However, different people, different eras have different names of extramarital affairs, the definition of standards and understanding, such as extramarital sex, extramarital love, betrayal, an affair behavior, adultery, infidelity behavior. General definition of extramarital affairs is another male or sex between husband and wife, having love with sex, love without sex or sex without love, as long as this is extra-marital relationship, enough to affect the couple's stability of the emotions and the marital relationship, can be defined as an extramarital affair.This article is generally divided into five categories: the nature of lust, extramarital relationship with married individuals, adultery, prostitution and prostitutes, incest and homosexuality.Generally speaking, in ancient ages of Taiwan history, whether married, unmarried, many adulterous situations between men and women, especially married women's affair, tend to be criticized the most. However, by understanding the actual background of that period of time, due to uneven men and women population, which is more men than women, it was understood why such extramarital relationship rate with poverty was unfortunately higher.
