Equipment Establishment of Steam-Explosion Conversion System

摘要


本研究在建構一套電磁線圈加熱自動操控模式產汽、轉化及蒸爆產製生物能源材料之節能技術及設備。創新重點在於將現有實驗級手動操控設備,經本計畫模廠單元規模之機電整合設計為自動操作,並透過感測器、電磁線圈加熱結合機電控制模式,以節能減碳機電整合技術取代使用傳統鍋爐蒸汽加熱,使其兼具啟動速度快、準確控制製程轉化等優點。本研究分成兩大個部分,(1)在機械方面,包含強度計算、應力分析、構造設計,以及組裝後之構造檢查;(2)製程方面,則包含管線儀錶之設置與製程操作流程。

In this study, a miniature steam explosion pretreatment equipment was designed and constructed for biomass conversion. It was equipped with a human machine interface apparatus comprising electromagnetic coils and supervisory controls that instantly acquired variations of all relevant control parameters during system operation. There are two main sections in this study. First the strength calculation, stress analysis, construction design, and structure survey after completion of the assembly were finished for machinery. Second, the establishment of piping system and operation process were completed in the manufacture process.
