具新型升降監視機構之機器人車系統之研製

Fabrication of Robotic Vehicle System with a New Type of Elevating Monitoring Mechanism

摘要


本研究係根據本團隊之前為國軍後勤單位研發之小型遙控偵搜車-「先鋒」系列的經驗與成果,重新設計、製作一套具有新型遙控升降監視機構,性能與動力都更強、更符合較嚴苛環境使用的機器人車系統。本系統具有更高的升程與負荷力,更能配合地形、地貌的掩護或克服其限制,來完成相關的監視、情報傳遞與嚇阻的任務,供陸軍戰場偵搜、危安事故應變處理或廠區巡邏警戒等需求之用,以減少該等事件之安全顧慮、人力支出及人機耗損等。本研究改良研究團隊之前的發明-「連體雙皮尺」式動力升降機構為「雙層四皮尺」(八皮尺),並應用多攝影機、多頻道遙控與多微電腦整合的技術,創造出一套有特殊升降機構特色的新型機器人車系統。本系統已取得多項專利,相關專利並獲得2011年德國紐倫堡發明展銅牌與烏克蘭發明展金牌。

According to the previous experience and result of this team in developing the "compact remote-controlled reconnaissance car"-"Pioneer" series for Taiwanese military logistics unit, this study redesigned and produced a robotic vehicle system with a new type of remote-controlled elevating monitoring mechanism, which has better performance and power, more applicable to harsh environment, so that this system has higher lift and load capacity, it merges into the landform and topography or overcomes the constraints better to complete relevant monitoring, intelligence transmission and deterrence missions for battle field reconnaissance, safety accident response handling or plant patrol vigilance, so as to reduce the safety concerns, manpower expenditure and human-machine loss of such events. This study improves the previous invention of the research team-"integrated dual-tape" power-operated elevating mechanism as "double-layer four-tape" (eight-tape), and uses the technology of integrating multi-camera, multi-band remote control and multi-microcomputer to create a new type of robotic vehicle system with special elevating mechanism characteristics. In addition, multiple patents were obtained, and relevant patents won the bronze medal of the invention exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany and the gold medal of the invention exhibition in Ukraine in 2011.
