釩改質雙酚樹脂合成及其熱性質

SYNTHESIS AND THERMAL PROPERTIES OF VANADIUM MODIFIED BISPHENOL-F RESINS

摘要


本試驗製備的釩改質雙酚樹脂(V-BPF),在合成反應中藉由不同莫耳比例釩酸銨與雙酚樹脂(BPF)反應後形成具有O-V-O 鍵結的低交聯度釩雙酚樹脂,然後再進一步與六亞甲基四胺(hexamethylenetetramine)混合後,經由加熱固化形成熱固性釩改質雙酚樹脂。V-BPF 樹脂與BPF 樹脂具有的化學結構及熱性質,藉由FTIR、XPS、DMA、TGA 等儀器分析後能夠觀察到V-BPF 樹脂具有的各項熱性質都明顯超越過BPF 樹脂。由於V-BPF 樹脂結構中形成O-V-O 化學鍵結,因此提高樹脂分子鏈節的交聯緻密程度,其樹脂的Tg 玻璃轉移溫度及10%熱重量損失溫度分別為255 °C 及502 °C,而且與BPF 樹脂的相互比較,分別再提高71 °C 及83 °C。

Vanadium modified Bisphenol-F resins (V-BPF) were successfully prepared. In the process of preparation, vanadate reacted with Bisphenol-F resins (BPF) to form a low cross-linked V-BPF with new O-V-O bonds, and it was confirmed by the FTIR and XPS spectrum. The V-BPF can be further cured with hexamethylenetetramine. The chemical structure and thermal properties of V-BPF and BPF were performed by using FTIR, XPS, DMA and TGA. The thermal resistance of V-BPF is respectively higher than those of BPF. This is due to the presence of O-V-O cross-linking bonds in V-BPF. The glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature at 10% weight loss of V-BPF are 255 °C and 502 °C respectively, and increased 71 °C and 83 °C respectively for the corresponding values of BPF.
