摘要

根據教育部統計處資料-全國國小學生裸視視力不良率顯示：99學年度全國為49.1%，嘉義市為53.69%，在各縣市排名為全國第三高，100學年度全國為50.01%，嘉義市為53.98%，在各縣市排名為全國第二高，101學年度全國為49.36%，嘉義市為51.93%，在各縣市排名為全國第三高，更令人擔憂的是，我國學生近視不單是「人數多」，而且是近視「度數深」。近視是不可逆的疾病，只能預防和控制，高度近視者，大部份小學低中年級就是近視患者，所以小學階段的近視防治是一個重要的關鍵期。本研究的目的藉由飛盤運動融入學童視力保健的教學，去探討比較本校特教二年四班學童實施下課時間玩擲飛盤活動前及活動後在視力表現上是否有差異，由結果可以發現玩擲飛盤活動學童經過8個月之後，整體來說，學童視力變得比較好且視力原本很好者亦維持良好狀況。根據資料顯示，二年級升三年級學童的視力不良率均大幅提升，然而此研究結論顯示，二年級學童的視力不良率微幅下降。因此，歸納出下列結論：常從事玩擲飛盤活動的學童在視力方面惡化情形較緩和，有較佳的表現，甚至有改善的空間。並進一步探討形成差異的可能原因，希望能作為學校、教師、家長及學生的參考或改進的依據。

According to the Ministry of Education and Statistics Department-Elementary School students in Taiwan naked eye defective rate shows that in 99 academic year, it was 49.1% in entire country, and it was 53.69% in Chiayi City. The ranked is the third highest in the country. In 100 academic year, it was 50.01% in entire country, and it was 53.98% in Chiayi City. The ranked is the second highest in the country. In 101 academic year, it was 49.36% in entire country, and it was 51.93% in Chiayi City. The ranked is the third highest in the country. Even more worrying is that our students not only number of people short-sighted, but also the deep short-sighted. The short-sighted is an irreversible disease, Can only be prevent and control. The person who is serious short-sighted had short-sighted in the first to fourth grade in elementary school. For the reason, it is an important stage of the critical period for the primary school students to make the prevention. The purpose of this study was to compare whether there are differences in visual performance of special education students who is in second grade after implementing the action, playing Frisbee in the break time, by make the Frisbee exercise into the Vision Care teaching. After playing Frisbee for eight months, the results can be found that the eyesight of students is getting better or even maintain in the good condition. Statistics shows that the students, who is second grade to third grade, poor eyesight rate is increased dramatically. However, the conclusion of this study shows that second graders poor eyesight rate is decreased slightly. Therefore, generalizes conclusions as followings: The eyesight worsening situation of students is becoming moderate, has better performance, and even has room for improvement if students often take the Frisbee playing. And to further discuss the possible reasons for the differences. Hoping it can as a reference or the basic improvement for schools, teachers, parents and students.
