員工創新行為已然成為現今各組織重要的議題,本研究以創新為主要探討議題,在員工創新行為上,驗證組織環境因素的影響,這也是過去甚少探討的方向,本研究將探討組織內部的創新氣候對員工創新導向組織公民行為之影響。研究對象為台灣地區的服務業員工,共發放有效問卷為641份問卷,結果顯示,組織創新氣候的提升確實可以正向影響員工創新導向的組織公民行為,其中組織創新氣候,包含了組織對於團隊運作、學習成長、領導效能、工作方式、環境氣氛、組織理念及資源投入各方面都必須兼顧,才能真正的將員工本身的創新能力和組織的創新機制更有效率。
Innovation has become an important issue in today's business environment, this study focuses on issues of how organizational innovation climate affect employee innovation behavior. Specially, we focus on the changed-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. The subjects were service workers in Taiwan. 641 valid questionnaires were collected; the results show that change-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors can be enhanced by organizational creative climate. The creative climate includes the operation of the organization for the team, learning and growth, leadership effectiveness, work atmosphere, organization.
