In order to reduce the huge personnel costs and focus on core sector, many enterprises have adopted the dispatch workers to deal with non-core tasks. However, the high turn-over rate of the dispatch workers leads to a decrease of productivity and service quality, and raising the cost of training that enterprise urgently needs to solve them. The study surveyed the dispatch workers of C Telecom Corporation in three districts by questionnaire and tried to explore the influence of "job characteristics," "job satisfaction" and "assistance from professional trainer" on "intention to stay."
