螺絲業本國勞工家庭支持對薪資滿意度與留任意願關係之調節效果

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討螺絲業本國勞工家庭支持對薪資滿意度與留任意願關係之調節效果。以螺絲業本國勞工為研究對象,採用發放問卷調查的方式,並籍由描述性統計分析、驗證性因素分析,信度分析、相關分析以及階層迴歸分析等方法檢驗研究假設,以瞭解變項之關係與影響,並提出相關的結論與具體建議,作為產業與後續研究者之參考依據。   研究總發放問卷數為300份,回收270份,回收率90%,經檢查排除填答不完整、缺漏答題數太多之無效問卷30份,共計有效問卷為250份,有效問卷回收率為83.33%。經實證分析結果顯示如下: 一、家庭支持對留任意願有顯著正向影響 二、薪資滿意度對留任意願有顯著正向影響 三、家庭支持對薪資滿意度與留任意願的關係不具顯著調節效果

This research is mainly focus on studying how to support from families could bring the moderating effect for the satisfaction of salary and intention of retaining the job in screw industry. We took the satisfaction of salary as a moderator, and study how’s the modulation effect between family support and intention of retaining the job. The object of study is local labors of screw industry. We made sampling through questionnaires, and completed the research through descriptive statistics analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression, in order to find the relation and effect of moderator, then offer specific suggestions and conclusion. After sampling of 300 questionnaires, the study we collected 270 questionnaires, the overall response rate is 90%, invalid questionnaires: 30 pcs, then the total effective response valid questionnaires: 250 pcs, so the effective response rate: 83.33%. After empirical analysis, we conclude the results as followings: (1) Family support brings significantly positive effect on intention of remaining the job. (2) Satisfaction of salary brings significantly positive effect on intention of remaining the job. (3) Family support and Satisfaction of salary do not bring significantly moderating effect on intention of remaining the job.
