台灣肥料公司資本結構影響因素之探討

摘要

本研究以台灣肥料公司作為研究對象，期以台灣肥料產業中的龍頭企業為樣本，對該產業中公司資本結構之影響因素進行探討。盼以此研究結果，作為台肥公司未來訂定相關政策之參考，並對台灣肥料產業之資本結構有更進一步的了解。有關本研究之實證結果歸納如下：企業規模與資本結構呈顯著負相關，企業獲利能力與資本結構亦呈顯著負相關，至於成長率及所得稅率方面，與資本結構之關係則呈現不顯著。

This study takes Taiwan fertilizer Company, leader of fertilizer industry in Taiwan, as the research subject. We hope it could be the reference for Taiwan fertilizer Company and offer us a further understanding to the capital structure for the industry in Taiwan. Our research evidence was found that the firm size was negatively correlated with the capital structure, the profitability was also negatively correlated with the capital structure, as to the growth rate and the income tax rate are not significant.
