正念、真誠領導、心理賦權、自我效能與個人創新行為之關聯性研究

The Relationships among Mindfulness, Authentic Leadership, Psychological Empowerment, Self-Efficacy, and Innovative Behavior

摘要


「正念」近幾年已漸漸受全球的重視,除了在醫學、心理學領域得到良好的效果之外,也逐漸觸及至企業之組織管理的應用上,且在職場方面的研究已有初步的成效與驗證。另一方面,領導與創新在組織管理也是值得討論的重要議題,具真誠領導特質之領導者之創新行為表現,過往研究從未深入探討。真誠領導者之正向心理(心理賦權與自我效能),也值得做進一步討論。本研究主要目的在探討正念、真誠領導、心理賦權、自我效能與個人創新行為之間的關聯性。研究對象則以台灣地區在職工作者為樣本,共得有效樣本401份問卷,並進一步以SPSS及LISREL進行資料分析,驗證結果顯示:(1)個體的正念與真誠領導之間為正相關;(2)個體的真誠領導與心理賦權之間為正相關;(3)個體的真誠領導與自我效能之間為正相關;(4)個體的心理賦權與個人創新行為無顯著相關;(5)個體的自我效能與個人創新行為之間為正相關;(6)個體的正念與個人創新行為無顯著相關。本研究根據上述之結果,給予實質的建議與方案。

"Mindfulness" has gradually been applied to organizational management. Leadership and Innovation are both important topics in management field. The valid 401 samples are company's staff from Taiwan. SPSS and SEM with LISREL computer program were use to analyze the above data. The results are as follow: (1) higher mindfulness have higher authentic leadership; (2) higher authentic leadership have higher psychological empowerment; (3) higher authentic leadership have higher self-efficacy; (4) higher psychological empowerment not significantly have higher innovative behavior; (5) higher self-efficacy have higher innovative behavior; (6) higher mindfulness not significantly have higher innovative behavior.
