大學生之社會網絡、學業成就、自我概念對心理健康影響之探討:以臺灣高等教育整合資料庫資料為例

The Effect of Social Network, Self-concept, and Academic Achievement on the Mental Health of College Students in Taiwan:Using the Empirical Data of the Taiwan Integrated Postsecondary Education Database

摘要


本研究以「臺灣高等教育資料庫」所釋出的92學年度大三學生問卷調查以及93學年度大專畢業生畢業後一年問卷調查共6023位學生為研究樣本進行分析,以瞭解大學生之社會網絡、學業成就、自我概念對心理健康之影響。經由結構方程模式統計檢定後,整體模式所獲得的指數顯示模式相當理想。對整體效果的分析顯示,社會網絡對學業成就、自我概念與心理健康皆有顯著影響,學業成就對自我概念有顯著影響,而這些影響除了可透過直接效果之外,社會網絡對心理健康的影響路徑還可透過自我概念的中介影響而形成,亦可透過學業成就與自我概念的中介影響而形成。最後,本研究根據研究結果對高等教育學校經營實務提出具體建議。

This study takes "the survey of junior students of 92 academic year" and "the survey of after one-year graduated students from 93 academic year" of "Integrated Higher Education Database system", in which a total of 6023 students are included in the sample. It explores the effect of social network, self-concept and academic achievement on the mental health of college students. By using structural equation model, exponent obtained from overall model demonstrates that the model is ideal. Analysis on overall effect demonstrates that social network has significant effect on academic achievement, self-concept and mental health. In addition to direct effect, effect route of social network on mental health is formed by mediating effect of self-concept. It can also be formed by mediating effect of academic achievement and self-concept. Finally, we propose some concrete suggestions for postsecondary education management according to the results.
