通識教學實務衍發創作之成效評量

The Evaluation of Learning Outcomes and Creative Workmanship through General Education Courses

摘要


本研究透過研發社群結合藝文社會資管各教學領域實務分工合作之經驗,轉成學術研究之動力,並以創意作品呈現研發成果為導向,編擬學習成效評定量表以檢驗研發成效。回顧藝術人文社會資管相關資料及閱讀相關書刊,討論教學創意作品之衍發及評量規範;進而設計及實施理論與實務融通之課程,以總結性評量觀點編擬量表檢驗學習成效。有鑑於當今科技大學為求永續發展並展現競爭實力,特在教學以學生為主體上創新特色以提昇學生之學習成效。為評量教學衍發創新作品之學習成效,乃參酌相關評定量尺以編製適切量表。所編量表以現代公民素養融入社會通識課評量為範本,再作改編能適合藝文資管各教學領域衍發創作學習成效評量之用。衍發創作學習成效評量之項目,以一般常用以檢視教學成果之認知、情意、動作三個層面教學目標為準則,確定能力指標項目,及相對應之適切題目。已完成正式評量學生創作學習成效量表,經由選修社會學同學填寫測試,以有效數188份分析,發現信度達到.90以上,效度考驗達到標準;以學制單因子變異數分析,發現二技表現優於四技;學制和院系二因子變異數分析,發現有部份交互顯著差異。由此顯示此量表可作為衍發創作成效評量工具。結論及建議提供相關研發社群推動客觀評量作品、課程理論與實務結合及協同教學參考。

The purpose of this research was to transfer teaching experiences, which were gained through artistic, human and social and information management courses, into a powerful academic research. In order to present creative workmanship, a scale of learning outcome was drawn to examine teaching practices. In order to achieve sustainable management, technology universities today are assessed in terms of their competitiveness and strengths, and students' performance has to be the focus of teaching, especially on the issue of promoting students' learning outcome. Thus, we reviewed the related literature of arts, human and social science and information management to discuss creative workmanship and the standard of evaluation. At the same time, a curriculum which integrated theory and practice was developed and carried out, so that a scale developed from the viewpoint of summative assessment could be drawn up. The researchers consulted and elaborated on several related measurement scales to produce a proper test, which could be used to evaluate teaching effectiveness through the learning outcome of creative workmanship. Then the scale was modified according to a template which integrate modern citizen's literacy into social general courses, so that an ideal suitable test was produced for teaching activities concerning the arts, human and social and information management courses. Learning outcomes of creative workmanship were examined by students' everyday practice of cognition, affection and psychomotor, which are the three main teaching objectives, students' ability indicators and proper topics. Through 188 effective questionnaires, we produced a scale to assess the effectiveness of creative learning outcome of college students who took sociology as an elective course. Results showed that the reliability was above .90, and the validity was desirable. Also educational system ANOVA, 2-year technological program was found better than 4-year technological program, and the two factors, educational system and departments, were interrelated. Then we found this scale could be used to assess the effectiveness of learning outcome of creative workmanship. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are proposed for further research, such as drawing up an objective by related study communities and integrating curriculum theories into actual situation and collaborative teaching.
