促進組織知識創造過程之研究-社會建構論的觀點

The Study of Facilitating Knowledge-Created Process of Organizations-The Perspective of Social Constructivism

摘要


面對競爭日益加遽的時代,組織須藉由持續地創新,方能維繫其「持續性競爭優勢」,在激烈競爭環境中脫穎而出;組織中的知識創造能力,將能直接影響組織的創新與競爭力的發展,其重要性可謂不言而喻。本文擬從「社會建構論」(social constructivism)的角度,揭露「知識」為一社會所建構的實體(reality),藉此理解組織中知識轉換與擴散的歷程;同時,為促成知識的創造,以及消弭「組織溝通」與「知識轉變」的障礙,本文擬檢視溝通行動的語意及語用的障礙,以及知識轉換障礙的成因,並由此提出促進組織進行知識轉換與擴散的策略,如:轉換型領導、塑造理想的對話情境與倫理、強化成員之組織學習能力、建立知識網絡及善用資訊技術等,俾使組織能增加其知識發展之能力。

Morden organizations focused on persisting innovation to hold "sustained competitive advantage" and pursuing "excellent performance" for surviving under turbulent environment. In fact, the competence of knowledge creation would affect the effectiveness of innovation and distinctive competitiveness, directly. This paper based on the perspectives of social constructivism, analyzing and exposing "knowledge" as a reality of social constructed, to explain the process of organizational knowledge creation. For serving the purpose of facilitating innovation, spreading knowledge and eliminating the barriers of "organizational communication" and "knowledge conversion", this paper investigated into communication activity, and the cause of why knowledge did not converse easily. Then, this paper suggested some of strategies, which including to adopt transformational leadership, establishing an ideal situation and ethical for communication, reinforcing knowledge networks and using information technology for supporting KM, in order to refine the organizational competence of knowledge creation and dissemination.
