設計師與消費者對產品造型認知差異研究-以電動自行車造形設計為例

A Study on the Product Forms Recognition Difference between Designer and Consumer-Electrical Bicycle as Example

摘要


電動自行車因具有環保、安全、省力等諸多優點,是政府一直致力推廣的綠色產品,使用族群也由最初之老人、婦女,擴展到學生族群與上班族群。然而電動自行車雖有其需求性與優點,但至今尚未能普及,主要原因為自行車的外形設計難與其價值相匹配,且外形上的設計在加裝了電池、馬達等傳動組件後,給人不穩定感,造成了消費者尚未購買就已先行卻步。因此,探討影響造形設計的原因,進而創造出可符合消費群喜好的優質電動㉂行車外形有其必要性。本研究針對學生族、上班族以及自行車設計師,探討其對於不同電動自行車外形之認知差異。將影響電動自行車的主要形態要素-車架形式、電池位置、馬達位置、坐墊形式、車籃有無等,以直交表進行實驗設計,並進行語意差異法之認知調查,最後配合數量化I類進行影響認知之形態分析。結果顯示,三個族群在安全的、舒適的、穩定的、高貴的這四個形容詞認知上會有顯著差異性,而影響上述四個形容詞造形要素亦有所差異,結合各族群之需求權重,則可獲得最佳電動自行車認知的組件形態組合,可提供未來電動自行車之設計參考。而本研究所採用的規劃與分析方法,對新產品開發成效之造形要素探討相當有助益。

Because of the advantages in environmental reservation, safety, and less labor, electric bicycles, the green products continuously promoted by the government, were used by people from the aged and women to students and office staff. However, they are still not popular today. The main reason is that their forms are hard to correspond to their prices, which give consumers a feeling of instability after adding the pieces of transmission, such as the battery and the motor that hinder their willing of buying them. Consequently, it is necessary to create a better form design of a electrical bicycle, which could be compatible with the favorite of consumers. This research is to discuss the difference of recognition between student, office staff, and bicycle designer for the forms of electrical bicycles. The main form elements, which affect the electrical bicycle-frame style, battery location, motor position, saddle style, and basket, were experimented by the orthogonal array. Then the semantic differential method was used to analyze the recognition and quantitative analysis to research the form analysis, affects recognition. The results were revealed that the recognition of those 4 adjectives, safe, comfortable, stable, and haughty, between the three group is different significantly, and the form elements, affect those 4 adjectives are different too. However, integrate the needed weight of each group to obtain the best combination of component form, about the recognition of electrical bicycle, we can provide a design standard for the electrical bicycle in future. The planning and analysis method in this research are quite useful for the form elements of the new product development.
