摘要


Y染色體係由父親直接遺傳給兒子,即同一父系所生男性後代均具有相同之基因型別,在父系遺傳鑑定上Y染色體成為分析之利器,可運用於確認父已歿之同父異母兄弟關係、祖父與遺腹子之祖孫關係、大陸來台依親等案件上。以複合式Y染色體短片段縱列重覆性基因(short tandem repeats【STR】)DNA 10型系統鑑定法,分析無血緣關係之臺灣人檢品603件,獲得DYS19、DYS385a、DYS385b、DYS388、DYS389I、DYS389II、DYS390、DYS391、DYS392、DYS393等十項基因座之基因異質度分別為0.6847、0.7118、0.8757、0.4387、0.5915、0.7695、0.7001、0.3964、0.6412、0.6193,另依基因型分布頻率計算此十項基因座之理論累積識別力為0.999985234。

The Y chromosome is inherited only father to son without change except by the gradual accumulation of mutation. The Y chromosome has its unique mode of inheritance and lack of recombination. The males from the same paternity have the same Y polymorphism. The male specificity of human Y chromosome makes it potentially useful in paternity testing. The half brothers, grandfather and grandson, could be identified from same paternity origin by typing Y chromosome. To use multiplex typing ten Y-specific STR loci (DYS19, DYS385a, DYS385b, DYS388, DYS389I, DYS389II, DYS390, DYS391, DYS392, DYS393) was powerful. From no blood relation Taiwanese males specimens of 603 individuals separately analyzed the ten Y STR loci, gained gene diversity 0.6847, 0.7118, 0.8757, 0.4387, 0.5915, 0.7695, 0.7001, 0.3964, 0.6412, 0.6193 respectively. The discriminating probability (DP) and exclusion probability (EP) were calculated for forensic using. The combined DP and EP were same to 0.999985234.
