農業巨量資料的應用架構規劃:以毛豆外銷產業為例

An Application Framework of Big Data Analytics in Agriculture: A Case of Edamame Exports, Taiwan

摘要


隨著巨量資料科技日漸受到重視,數據的分析與應用也越來越受到農業部門的關注。面對生產端的田間管理問題與市場端的銷售競爭風險,建構農業巨量資料應用體系,有利於農業部門工作者對產銷資訊的掌握,相應調整其產銷策略。本研究以我國毛豆外銷產業為試行規劃案例,指出農業巨量資料的規劃與設計,應從產銷結構與流程中掌握產生資料的實體單位和應用目標,使巨量資料的分析成果回饋於利害關係人的農業營運需求。未來,如何建構農業巨量資料的實際應用效益,仍須從實務的資料採集和資料庫建置中,針對相關的技術細節持續進行試誤,使之成為邁向智慧農業轉型的基礎資訊。此外,如何避免數位落差帶來更嚴峻的小農生存問題,亦應納入成為政策與實務發展的重要挑戰。

Big data analytics starts to make its way into agriculture as it has gained much attention from the academia and the industries. It's expected to benefit participants of agriculture value chain to better coordinate strategies of lower risks with data-driven information connecting from farm-field managements, through postharvest processing, to market competitions. In this research, a big data framework for edamame exports value chain is proposed. The core design issue of big data analytics in edamame exports is how to contribute to each entity's operational goals with agile feedbacks from data generated out of interlaced activities from farm-fields to markets. Despite it is an unfinished endeavor to continuously trial on practical details of data gathering and analytics, big data is taken as an indispensable cornerstone of smart transformation of agriculture sector. However the digital capability gaps of small farmers that might challenge their survivals shall be one prioritized subject of agriculture policy and practices for now.
