A Research of Increasing Employees' innovation Capability

Although facing globalization competition the pressure of tradition industry is less than hi-tech industry. The product or service life time of tradition industry is longer than hi-tech industry, but it is survive rule that litter change in 5 years, bigger change in 10 years, otherwise would be face out of this industry. This study example as farmers' association belonging to tradition industry, classified it departments into classes as administration department and sales department. In this research study the difference between two departments about job capability, work motivation, and social relationship and improvement actions. This research finds that there are significant relation between the innovative capability of employee and job capability, work motivation, and social relationship. These two departments are significantly different in aspects of job capability, work motivation and social relationship, as well as improvement actions. According to the findings of the research, Department of Human Resource must provide suitable training plans based on discrepancies among departments, so objectives of the training can be implemented and resources can also be used properly.
