企業發展創新服務策略之探討

An Examination of the Development in Enterprise Service Innovation

摘要


本研究以學生在職公司個案研究以及策略管理方面之文獻,提出因應市場變化之商業模式的發展與佈局、資源,以構成企業之競爭優勢。本研究首先確認商業模式之多元化之於當今環境與全球化現象,而商業模式之創新能力則是一種環境搜尋與產業覺知的主觀開發與瞭解過程。確認機會存在後,企業必須設定其策略與藍圖,建立其內部價值鏈、外部產業鏈與相關組織層級之策略。

Referring to the literature of strategy management,my thesis is aimed to a case study research where I address how to Innovate and manage the business model for the sake of the development of enterprise competence。My thesis finds that the business model can be vary and multiple in today globalize environment。Such capability in building of the business model is accumulated during the lifecycle of inside out and outside in research and insight。 Enterprise manager should always develop the corps vision and the strategy at the first place。Base on the corps level strategy,the internal value chain are then build, as well as the associated business unit level strategy。Then it have to the next stage , the external industrial value chain expand。
