In research of organization, conflict (task conflict and relationship conflict) and team performance have been given much attention and research interest. However, there are less attention to the relationship between the conflict and management conflict to team performance. This study considers three constructs in one research conceptual model. This study hypothesized that: task conflict positive relationship with team performance; relationship conflict negatively relationship with team performance; conflict management strength the relationship between task conflict and team performance; conflict management weak the relationship between relationship conflict and team performance. Furthermore, this research is particularly conducted in Taiwan Taipei and New Taipei city, where people who work with a group at service industry. The data was collected form service industry of Taipei and New Taipei City, Taiwan. A team had 2-4 people to answered the questionnaires. Each team member answers were average as a set team data. The 80 teams set data were used for this study. The findings, results, discussions, and suggestions were in the article.
