正向行為支持計畫對改善國小輕度自閉症學生上課分心行為之成效

The Effects of Positive Behavior Support Plan on the Distracted Behaviors of Elementary School Students with Autism

摘要


本研究旨在探討正向行為支持計畫對改善國小自閉症學生上課分心行為之成效。研究方法採用單一受試中倒返實驗設計(A1-B1-A2-B2-A3),自變項為正向行為支持計畫,依變項為分心行為及替代行為出現之次數,研究對象為一名國小輕度自閉症學生在資源班上課,自閉症學生分別接受基線期A1、介入期B1、基線期A2、介入期B2 及追蹤期A3之實驗處理,蒐集到的資料以目視分析與簡化時間序列C統計和效果量加以分析,同時輔以導師、家長的訪談資料的社會效度分析。本研究結果如下:一、正向行為支持計畫能降低個案分心行為,有顯著的介入成效。二、正向行為支持計畫能降低個案分心行為,有顯著的維持成效。三、正向行為支持計畫能增加個案替代行為,有顯著的介入成效。四、正向行為支持計畫能增加個案替代行為,有顯著的維持成效。五、導師及家長訪談資料顯示本研究具良好的社會效度。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of using the positive behavior support plan on the elementary school student with autism. The single subject design was used as research method, and the independent variable was positive behavior support plan, and the frequency of distracted and alternative behaviors as dependent variables. Data was collected during the baselines, interventions, and maintenance phases. It was analyzed by using visual analysis, C statistics, and effect sizes to determine the effectiveness of positive behavior support plan on the correction of distracted behaviors and the acquisition of alternative behaviors of the single subject. The observation data was also supplemented with social validity analysis using teacher and parent interviews. Results of this study were summarized as followings: 1. The positive behavior support plan was effective on the suppression of distracted behaviors. It was also effective in maintaining the results of such behavior change. 2. The positive behavior support plan significantly improved the acquisition of alternative behaviors. It was also effective on the maintenance of alternative behaviors. 3. Teacher and parent interviews had indicated that this research has a high social validity.
