Experimental results showed that the germination coefficience of Pok Choi and Lettuce were higher than 98 after 4 days of soaked at room temperature for 12 hours. Amaranthus had germination coefficience more than 91 on 5℃ for 8 hours treatment. Pok Choi Golden and Chiguapo showed optimum growth in summer and the highest yield were more than 12.7m.t./ha with the planting density of 4kg/ha. The best varieties of Amaranthus were White and Pendon in summer and produced the highest yield of 13.4m.t./ha with 5kg/ha sowing density. The quantity and quality of Amaranthus and Pak Choi were highly improved when covered with non-woven fabric which produced 17.7 and 16.5m.t./ha yield respectively, and the numher of insect bite was reduce to two-third.
