懷孕婦女的身體意象之概念分析

A conceptual Analysis of Body Image in Pregnant Women

摘要


懷孕會影響孕婦的身體意象,進而造成正向或負向的結果。目前尚未有文獻對懷孕婦女的身體意象進行完整之概念分析。故本文依據Schwartz-Barcott及Kim所提混合理論之概念分析步驟對「懷孕婦女的身體意象」進行分析,藉此闡述其定義及屬性特徵。期望藉此概念分析讓護理人員對懷孕婦女的身體意象有更進一步的了解,早期評估個案對自己的身體意象,以適時提供處置進而維護個案的身心健康。

Pregnancy will affect the body image of the pregnant women and lead to a positive or negative result. The literature on the conceptual analysis for the body image of pregnant women is not available until now. Therefore, the purpose of this article was to describe conceptual definitions and attributes of body image in pregnant women by applying the Schwartz-Barcott and Kim hybrid model of concept analysis methodology. The results might inform nurses to have better understanding of body image in pregnant women; therefore, they can assess pregnant women's body image as early as possible and improve their health condition.
