Countermeasures for Regulating Income Distribution in Monopoly Industries of China

According to the recent research, scholars generally agree that the administrative monopoly, owner absence, and poor government regulation are three main reasons that result in the issue of income distribution in monopoly industries. However, in the long run, it's impractical to solve the issue by means of breaking the administrative monopoly and settling the problem of owner absence. It is the reform of government regulation that is the realistic choice.
