不同高爾夫球鞋鞋釘對足部施力穩定性之影響—個案研究

A Case Study of Different Golf Spikes Which Can Influence the Foot Stability When Force Acting to the Ground

摘要


本研究以同一雙高爾夫球鞋,分別裝設六爪鞋釘及八爪鞋釘於揮桿時產生對地面作用力和施力時足底壓力中心曲線的穩定性進行比較。以1名高爾夫球教練使用七號鐵桿作擊球動作測試並運用VICON動作分析系統(1塊AMTI測力板,取樣頻率1080Hz)取樣,再以Mathcad數學軟體計算相關參數曲線的穩定性參數。結果顯示:(一)在對地作用力曲線穩定性部分,八爪鞋釘球鞋在垂直和前後方向穩定性較佳,而六爪鞋釘球則在左右方向的穩定較佳。(二)在足底各方向壓力中心曲線穩定性部分,八爪鞋釘球鞋在前後方向穩定性較佳,而六爪鞋釘球鞋則在左右方向略優於八爪鞋釘球鞋。(三)本實驗僅以常見兩款鞋釘及單一受測者來進行研究,後續研究可就不同模造形狀鞋釘、不同硬度鞋釘和增加受試者來進行研究,期能對於鞋釘在足部施力穩定性的影響有更多之了解。

This research was to compare the curve stability of ground action force (GAF) and the center of pressure (COP) of foot when swinging iron by the identical golf shoes, which were installed six claws spikes and eight claws spikes. In this experiment, a golf coach used the No7 iron doing the shot movement test. VICON motion analysis system (one AMTI force plate, sampling rate: 1080Hz) was used to gather data of this experiment. Then, Mathcad math software was used to calculate stability parameters of curves (SPC). The results showed that: (1) For SPC of ground action force, eight claws spikes shoe's SPC were better in vertical and forward-backward direction, while six claws spikes shoe's were more stable in left-right direction. (2) For SPC of pressure center curve, eight claws spikes shoe's SPC were better in forward-backward direction, while six claws spikes shoe's were slightly better in left-right direction. (3) In this research, study was only focused on two types of claws spikes and a single subject. In the future, different shapes and hardness of claws spikes and more subjects could be used and recruited to study. Moreover, the effect of claws spikes on SPC could be comprehended more.
