垂直跳高度與地面作用力之相關研究

Study of Relationship between Height of Vertical Jump and Ground Reaction Force

摘要


肌力與爆發力為現代運動的重要因素,跳躍又與爆發力息息相關,因此,爆發力的好壞往往是影響運動表現的重要關鍵。本研究目的探討一般大學生跳躍高度、力量與速度之間的相關性,以SPSS for Windows18.0版軟體進行資料整理及統計分析,以皮爾森相關係數(Pearson correlation coefficient)分析變異數間相關性。結果顯示彈跳高度與反作用力、發力率皆呈現正相關,並皆達顯著性(p<.05)。本研究建議:提升爆發力不僅是在力量上的訓練,也必須結合快速發力的能力,也就是在短時間能發出最大力量。

Muscle force and power are the importance factors in the modern sport. Jump is close related to muscle power. Therefore, muscle power is the key to the sport performance. The goal of the study was to examine the relationships among jump height, force and velocity in general undergraduates. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationships among the variables. The results showed that the heights of vertical jump are positive related to ground reaction force and ratio of force generation respectively. To improve muscle power not only the training of force, but also combine the ability of fast power.
