The study was investigated Floor, Pommel Horse and Rings routines on gymnasts' blood lactic and ammonia responses. In this study, the Floor, Pommel Horse and Rings routines was interval 15 minutes. Blood lactic and ammonia was observed in interval period of each routine and described blood parameters concentrations of each times. The study demonstrated the main energy systems of the gymnasts' bodies in floor, pommel horse and rings routines were ATP-PC, Anaerobic glycolysis, and Protein. Therefore, after the floor, pommel horse and rings routines, blood lactic acid and NH_3 accumulated.
