國小體育班經營策略之探討

本研究目的在探討國小體育班經營策略。高雄市莊敬國小於1991年成立高雄市第一所羽球體育班，如今，卻因學生及班級數減少、教育資源隨之縮減，家長對體育班觀念依存保守，為使該校體育班「體育績優學校」之美育能持續發揚光大，筆者充分蒐集各方資料並著眼於改善現今之窘境。結果可歸納出學校代表隊組訓之阻礙因素：「家長、教師未能全力支持」、「注重成績與訓練，忽略品德之培育」、「行政資源之奧援有限」、「訓練場地、器材及設備不足」、「教練來源與專業能力不足」、「選才不易，選手來源有限」、「組訓目標不明確，無法凝聚願景」、「社區資源未能有效結合利用」。又以1.家長方面：讓家長了解團隊運作，說明並規劃學生學科與術科的時間分配，即提出相關的補救教學計畫，讓家長認同團隊運作方式與教練的經營理念2.誘發學生興趣並規劃學生多元課程接觸，以及塑造明星球員形象讓學生有目標學習3.教練本身需以企業經營角度來管理運動團隊，並一直持有高度熱忱教學，才能讓運動團隊永續經營。這三論點可作為經營體育班修正的方針，且使學校體育發展更具前瞻性，並能促進羽球運動代表隊的運作與發展。

Parents: Let parents understand the team operation, description and time allocation planning students' academic and technical subjects, namely that the remedial teaching program, so that the parents agree that the team works with the business philosophy of the coach. Induce students interested planning students' multiple courses contact, as well as shaping the image of the star players to provide students with the goal of learning. Need coaching itself a business perspective to manage sports team, and has been held by a high degree of enthusiasm teaching to sustainable management for sports teams. Three arguments as amended policy operate sports classes, school sports development and more forward-looking, and to promote the operation and development of the badminton team.
