增補碳酸氫鈉對運動表現影響之探討

摘要


造成疲勞過程的因素甚多,高強度運動會造成肌肉內乳酸濃度增加而降低pH值,pH值降低常被認為是高強度運動後疲勞的主要原因之一。短時間高強度的運動會快速造成乳酸堆積及氫離子堆積而產生疲勞,其後許多研究者探討如何降低氫離子增加之速率,碳酸氫鈉是其中一種能減緩氫離子增加的鹼性物質,已有研究將其做為運動表現的增補劑。本研究以文獻回顧方式,探討增補碳酸氫鈉對運動表現之影響。結果發現碳酸氫鈉具有延緩疲勞之效果,但使用時應考慮劑量、受試者狀況、服用時間間等,因服用過多可能會造成腸胃不適、引起腹瀉、嘔吐等。因此,本研究結論為適當增補碳酸氫鈉有增進耐乳酸能力表現之功效。

There are many factors that cause fatigue process, resulting in high-intensity exercise increased muscle lactate concentration and lower the pH, the pH value decreased is often considered one of the main reasons of fatigue after high-intensity exercise. Games of short high-intensity fast caused accumulation of lactic acid and accumulation of hydrogen ions, resulting in fatigue and subsequently many researchers to explore ways to reduce the rate of increase of the hydrogen ion, sodium bicarbonate, one can slow down the increase in hydrogen ions of alkaline material, there study it as a sports performance supplements. In this study, a review of the literature to explore the impact of the addition of sodium bicarbonate on sports performance. Found that sodium bicarbonate to delay the effects of fatigue, but should be considered in dose, subjects condition, taking time between the result of taking too much may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, causing diarrhea, vomiting. Therefore, the conclusions of this study to enhance the effect of lactic acid-resistant capacity performance appropriate addition of sodium bicarbonate.
